Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please call us 24 hours in advance to let us know of any changes you would like to make to your booking. For Audio Studio and Photo/Video Studio bookings, in the occasion that you do not notify us of changes within that 24 hour period, we, unfortunately, cannot return your 50% deposit. For book by consultation bookings, we will discuss payment options and our cancellation policy at the consultation. Cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
