Cancellation Policy
K9 Multimedia Cancellation Policy Recording Studio, Photography, and Videography Bookings: All bookings must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Notification for rescheduling should be made via email at info@k9multimedia.com or by calling 505-553-2979. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in a forfeiture of the booking fee, which is non-refundable. Event Bookings: Event bookings must be rescheduled at least one week (7 days) in advance. Rescheduling an event booking will incur a 50% reschedule fee. Notification for rescheduling should be made via email at info@k9multimedia.com or by calling 505-553-2979. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in a forfeiture of the booking fee, which is non-refundable. Special Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential accommodations.
